HOW TO BOOK THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES
How to book
If you want to book an activity with us, send an email or fill out the form that you find here indicating the dates and itinerary you are interested in. We will answer you as soon as possible to start planning your holiday together.
Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive the deposit of 30% of the agreed amount. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
How and when to pay
Deposit of 30% when booking.
Balance within the day of the excursion.
The payment of the deposit must be made by bank transfer. The payment of the balance can be made in cash during or at the end of the activity, or by bank transfer sending by mail the proof of payment.
Contact us and we will provide you with the necessary data for the transfer.
How and when to cancel
Cancellations within 30 days of the excursion – reimbursement of 100% of the amount paid (excluding bank charges).
Cancellations within 5 days of the excursion – reimbursement of 50% of the amount paid (excluding bank charges).
Cancellations beyond the terms stated above – no refund.
In the event that the excursion is not completed due to force majeure or for reasons attributable to the customer, the guide has the right to be paid in proportion to the work done.
In the event that a participant interrupts the excursion of his will, the guide is provided with the whole agreed fee.
Prices
Our prices are per day and are to be divided among the participants.
For daily excursions the base price is €250, varying from a minimum of €200 to a maximum of €300 depending on the characteristics of the itineraries.
For multiple-day trekking the daily fee is €350.
For MTB the basic daily fee is €300, ranging from a minimum of €250 to a maximum of €350 according to the characteristics of the itineraries.
For multiple-day laps the daily fee is €350.
For groups of more than 8 people, there is an increase of between 20% and 40% to be defined according to the number of participants
Our prices include the accompaniment by the guide, however extra costs are not included, such as transport costs, lifts with facilities, meals and accommodation for multiple-day trekking (for participants and for the guide).
Customers are suggested to make personal an insurance for emergency, in order to cover any medical, transportation or hospitalization costs.
Note
The Guide reserves the right to change the itinerary in case of bad weather or unfavourable conditions. The guide can change the agreed itinerary if the customer’s capabilities or conditions do not allow to maintain what is agreed.
